Neha and Christian met at work when Christian was a fourth-year medical student and Neha was his resident preceptor. What began as mentorship quickly became friendship, then something more — long shifts turned into late-night conversations, case discussions became inside jokes, and weekend study sessions turned into pool hangouts and movie nights.
